New Clients

Once I have had an initial free phone consultation with a new client, I require a $30 nonrefundable deposit prior to making a first appointment. Clients can either mail me a check or use a debit or credit card with my PayPal account on this website. This deposit will count towards the cost of the first visit. After that, payment is always due at each visit.

Once I receive the deposit, either I or my receptionist will call or e-mail the client to schedule the first appointment. Clients can download two intake documents off this website to print, complete, and bring to the first appointment. That will save us time at the first visit.

I do not take insurance but do have a sliding scale fee based on clients’ total household income before taxes or deductions. The fee is determined during the initial phone consultation.
